The Peace of God

Peace is one of the 9 attributes of the Fruit Holy Spirit.

Peace is: 

1. A calm and tranquility of soul in the midst of difficult circumstances.
2. Freedom from disturbance; tranquility.
3. A state or period in which there is no war, or a war has ended.

There is a distinct difference between worldly peace and the Godly peace from Jesus. 

1. Peace from the world comes or operations from the outside in and this is temporal peace. 
2. The Peace from Jesus is Godly peace and operates from the inside out and is eternal.   This is Perpetual Peace!
